🌿 Black Pepper Report Week 41 🌿

We are pleased to share this week’s Pepper Market Update.

Black pepper prices in Vietnam eased slightly this week as local collectors liquidated stocks to free up cash ahead of the upcoming coffee season. Domestic prices slipped from 151,000VND/kg to around 148,000 VND/kg.

With limited ability to import from Indonesia or Brazil, Vietnam’s carryover into 2026 is projected to decline faster than expected. The tightening inventory could trigger sharp price spikes if any sudden export demand emerges.

Key takeaway:
🔹 Traders – Wait and watch for Brazil.
🔹 Processors – Consider covering Q4 2025 and Q1 2026 at current levels.
